I heard that driver kin to salvage owner in Covington pulled in front of another vehicle while enroute to salvage company in Halls. The driver did not have the proper license. He claimed to be a farmer coming after a load of hay because farmer's aren't required to have the same type license.
now that you mentioned salvage, has anyone heard anything else about the local salvage man wanting to put a dump in Nankipoo? he lost out last time, but some folks say he will try until he dies.

Algore (pronounced like igor from frankenstein) has changed his stance on the issues since he left the Conservative Christian voter base in Tennessee. while running for office in Tennessee he was pro-life...now he is pro-choice. he was a member of the National Rifle Association...now he is against the NRA and the right to own and bear arms. his party is in bed with the ACLU, who we can thank for eliminating prayer, the ten commandments, and anything that stands for God. since it is close to election time the party has distanced themselves from the ACLU. Algore has had four fundraisers hosted by the Hollywood elite yet he says he does not agree with what they are doing to our children...but he will take their money. he and his party rub elbows with Jesse Jackson, one of the biggest racists there ever was. plus, the man embellishes or to put it in simple English...he stretches the truth...he is beginning to sound a lot like Bill Clinton, a proven liar. when i saw the word handbasket i figured you to vote Democrat. the handbasket made me think about handouts. No, haven't seen the movie. If it doesn't come on HBO or Cinemax, I didn't see it. I like good comedies. They are kind of hard to find, unless it is one of those slaphap comedies. flyondawall liked The Whole Nine Yards with Bruce Willis and Matthew Perry. it is not in the "laugh a minute" category as some comedies are. it has a good story line in addition to the comedy. the best way to watch it is to lock all the doors and turn off the phones. for the full effect you have to pay close attention.

Oh, I am glad to see that you aren't into the political issue this time. You know that stuff can be just ran into the ground sometimes. Every street there's a sign, campaign offices, and every channel you hit on the radio and television, and people at work discussing and arguing over it. The other chalkboard around here is just jammed pack full of it. If that is what some people like to discuss, it's fine with me but I personally don't get into it.

I haven't heard anything new lately. J.R. is such a tightwad! Look at the hen house that he has been living in with Sue Ellen all this time. I bet the blonde has plans for the $$$$, but if Sue Ellen gets what she deserves, ole' J.R. may be left penniless and alone because the blonde will be ready to move on looking for another sugar daddy. Some people just believe that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. If people would just stay on their own side of the fence and concentrate on making their own grass greener, unless of course there is some type of abuse involved. Love the J.R. soap. Sadly it's a lot of truth to the storyline. I know Sue Ellen and the blonde hussy. I refer to J.R. and his mistress as dumb and dumber. Flyonthwall sounds like an interesting fellow. The blonde holds her head tall, it will be a blow when she sees J.R. loves his money more than her hot stuff. Poor Cliff will be waiting to pick up the pieces.
I saw Sue Ellen out this weekend just having a good time. Before you ask, No! there was no male companion there either. After I had lived with J.R. all this time, I wouldn't be even looking for another companion!
